Building a new Contact Center in Warsaw for our client, Swiss insurance company we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German (1 open position) for the car claims settlement process.


· Telephone first point of contact for our customers in Motor Vehicle Damages process

· Initiate handling of damages


· High school / Bachelor degree

· German C2/C1 level, without any accent

· English intermediate for internal communication


· Minimum 6 months of customer service – front office (Voice) experience required

· Insurance experience or education as an additional value

Soft Skills: (Job-related)

· Handle inbound calls & Outbound calls and Emails transactions

· Comprehend customers Queries / Complains / Requests

· Display empathy/ understanding of the issue/ concern towards customer

· Customer service skills including patience, empathy, ability to use positive language, persuasive (not coercive), pro-activeness, ability to offer the best possible solutions

What we offer:

· Salary 6500 – 6800 PLN gross (depending on the length of experience)

· Flexible shifts (between 8.00 – 18.00), from Monday to Friday (no night or weekends shifts)
